Here's a quick little placeholder sketch for today while I work on "other things" for tomorrow...

A New Wrinkle
There's been a new development in the case of the wandering iPhone. My co-teacher got her phone back today, and we think we have a pretty good idea who took it...
Well, that missing phone caused quite a fuss
And the culprit surprised all of us
It appears she who did it
Wasn’t some little kidlet
It turns out she was driving their bus!
That's right, we now think it was the school bus driver! (Of course this might all change by tomorrow.) However, this driver is the same one who went off-site to get lunch and then decided she didn't need to stop at the security gate when she returned and instead just drove straight on through!

Stern Monkey
Today, my co-teacher couldn't find her phone. Somehow it turned up wedged down in a seat on the school bus used by the class that came to visit us today. Stern monkey is not amused by such shenanigans.

Pain In The
Maybe after yesterday's poem I had this coming, but can anyone guess what super fun experience happened to me today?
If you guessed, "A student stabbed you in the rear end with a pencil while you were bending over to pick up a crumb" - Congrats! You must be psychic!

Punny Limericks
I apologize in advance...
In Paris, I got off the train
And walked to a bridge in the rain
“Watch me!” I then cried
Then I jumped off the side
And everyone said “He’s in Seine!”
***
A guy I know got in a fight
It lasted all day and all night
His left leg and left arm
Suffered permanent harm
But don’t worry, he turned out all right
***
“I went to a bookstore downtown,”
A friend of mine said with a frown,
“Got a book there for free
All about zero-g
And now I just can’t put it down!”
***
A man who had worse luck than most
Owned a bakery down by the coast
He was set to retire
When his building caught fire
And now his whole business is toast
