The Blue Octopus, Revisited

So here's the little blue octopus. Why so sad? I don't know. Maybe he's a Seahawks fan?

    I think he should be a bleu octopus since he's suffering from ennui. Sounds like a French octopus to me. Perhaps a jaunty beret would cheer him.
